Fitz
Fitz failed in his first attempt to get into med school, setting the pattern for his eventual downfall. A decent doctor and a romantic at heart, he’s a troubled alcoholic on a downward spiral. Played by Shawn Ashmore.
Ming
Ming needs to succeed and seems unlikely to be stopped. An intense doctor, she's caught in a personal tug-o-war with Fitz and her husband, Chen. Played by Mayko Nguyen.
Chen
Chen wants to be the good doctor, but soon learns that marriage and too many hours on the emergency ward can lead to early degrees in Cynicism and Burnout. Chen is the most tightly wound but also the most stable of the trio, or at the very least projects that. Played by Byron Mann.
